Basil Vinaigrette - not tried yet

3 T. red wine vinegar
1 T. fresh orange juice
1/3 packed cup fresh basil
1/4 c. chopped yellow onion
2 small cloves garlic peeled
1 t. Dijon mustard
1/2 t. salt
1/8 t. fresh ground pepper
1/4 c. plain yogurt
2/3 c. oil

In blender, put all ingredients except yogurt and oil. Blend until smooth.
Add yogurt and process until smooth. With machine running, slowly add oil in steady slow stream.
Store 1 week.
