Buttermilk Blue Cheese - not tried yet

1/4 c. fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
2 T. fresh snipped chives
1 small clove peeled garlic
1/2 c. (2oz) blue cheese chopped or crumbled
1/2 c. mayo
2/3 c. buttermilk
salt and fresh ground pepper.

Put greens/garlic in blender/processor until finely chopped.
Add cheese, mayo, buttermilk, and blend until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Store up to 1 week.
