2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 T. lemon juice
1 lb. cream cheese
1/2 t. vanilla
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons sugar

Melt butter and add to graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Mix and press into a 10 inch pie plate to make crust. Bake between 325° and 350° for 5 minutes.

Beat eggs until fluffy.
Add sugar and cheese, vanilla and lemon juice.
Pour into graham cracker crust.
Bake 25 minutes between 325° and 350°.
