Cheese Sauce - KETO

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/4 cup cheddar cheese


  • Melt butter in medium sized pan on low heat
  • Slowly add cream, continually whisking, until fats are completely emulsified
  • Gradually add shredded cheese, stirring continually until the cheese is melted and you have a smooth, creamy sauce.
  • Allow the sauce to cool for 5 minutes to thicken before serving.
