Crustless Low Carb Quiche

Ingredients
6 eggs
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/3 - 1/2 cup bacon bits (I use Costco bacon crumble) or 8 slices lunch ham
1 onion, chopped
3 cups shredded cheese

Directions
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease quiche pan with butter.
Beat eggs until frothy.
While eggs are beating, chop onions and shred cheese.

Gently mix all ingredients together, coating the cheese and bacon with egg.
Pour mixture into the quiche pan, gently distributing the solids.
Bake about 60 minutes or until the center is firm and inserted knife comes out clean.
