Cream butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar together.
In another bowl, mix milk, pudding and Cool Whip.
Combine both mixtures.
Crush Oreos. put 1/3 Oreos in bottom of pot. Add 1/2 filling mixture then 1/3 Oreos and remaining filling mixture. top with remaining 1/3 Oreos.
Refrigerate overnight. Before serving, insert a bunch of plastic flowers and add gummy worms and plastic shovel.
