Garlic Butter Supreme

When my mom makes this, she always uses fresh garlic cloves.
She uses fresh herbs if she has them, but often makes this with dried herbs.
She prefers Romano cheese instead of Parmesan.

Ingredients
Full Recipe
6 cubes butter
8 garlic cloves
4 tablespoons olive oil
6 tablespoons Parmesan or Romano cheese
juice of one lemon
1 tablespoon fresh basil
1 tablespoon chives
1 tablespoon marjoram
1 tablespoon black pepper
Half Recipe
3 cubes butter
4 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons Parmesan or Romano cheese
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh basil
1 1/2 teaspoons chives
1 1/2 teaspoons marjoram
1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
Third Recipe
2 cubes butter
3- garlic cloves
4 teaspoons tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Parmesan or Romano cheese
juice of 1/3 lemon
1 teaspoons fresh basil
1 teaspoons chives
1 teaspoons marjoram
1 teaspoons black pepper

Instructions

Process the butter with all the other ingredients.
When smoothly blended, use in pie dough for quiche, as a spread for garlic bread, or for cooking meat or vegetables.
