Guacamole - a work in progress

This recipe is a work in progress. I am not yet satisfied with it, and will be adjusting it as I experiment.

3 avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed
1 lime, juiced
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup finely diced onion
1 roma (plum) tomato, diced
2 cloves minced garlic
1 large pinch ground cayenne pepper

In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice, cumin, and salt.
Mix in onion, tomato, and garlic. Stir in cayenne pepper.
Refrigerate 1 hour for best flavor, or serve immediately.
