Raspberry Ice Cream - KETO

  • 12 frozen raspberries
  • 1 tablet saccharin
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream


  • Put frozen raspberries in a bowl and break berries using back of a spoon
  • Put saccharin tablet in bowl and crush into powder with back of a spoon
  • Add cream and if berries are very solidly frozen, let set for a couple minutes to soften berries slightly
  • Using back of spoon, further crush and mix frozen berries with cream until mix is texture of ice cream
