Key Lime Cheesecake
Ingredients
Crust
1 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 stick butter
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Filling
16 ounces cream cheese - room temperature
24 ounces sour cream
1 cup sugar
3 eggs well beaten separately
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup key lime juice
Instructions
Mix all ingredients except sour cream.
Once blended, add sour cream.
Bake 325 for 25-30 minutes.
Cool x 1 hour. Then refrigerate overnight.
Spread whipped cream on top.
Grate lime peel on top.
