Malt-o-Meal Muffins

1 egg
1/4 cup oil
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup Malt-o-Meal
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix egg, oil and milk.

Add to dry ingredients and mix until just moistened.

Bake at 350° until golden brown.

May be made into muffins or pan bread in 8x8 pan.
