Shopping List
- 3 tablespoons hot water
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 6 tablets saccharin
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 8 ounces mascarpone cheese (can sub cream cheese)
- 8 ounces creme fraiche (can sub cream cheese)

Instructions
- Add the following dry ingredients to a small mixing bowl and stir together:
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Add 3 tablespoons water to glass cup and heat in microwave
- Add the following and stir:
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 6 tablets saccharin
- Add water mixture to dry ingredients and stir until smooth
- Add 8 ounces mascarpone cheese and 8 ounces creme fraiche to the bowl and mix BY HAND until smooth (Using a mixer will over mix and quickly make butter!):
