Brown Rice in Instant Pot

Ingredients
Use these amounts for 8 people or more:
- 3 cups long grain brown rice - well rinsed
- 2 3/4 cup chicken broth and/or water
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 cube butter
Use these amounts for 6 people or less:
- 2 cups long grain brown rice - well rinsed
- 1 can (about 15oz) chicken broth
- 1 slightly rounded teaspoon salt
- 1 cube butter

Instructions
- Prep - rinse rice until water runs clear
- Add all ingredients to Instant Pot
- Turn off Keep Warm setting
- Cook on High pressure for 20 minutes
- Natural Release for 10 minutes then open pot and stir in 1 cube butter
- If too wet, do a short sauté to remove excess moisture
