Sesame-Herb Chicken

1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons sesame seed
2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves
2 teaspoons parsley flakes
1 chicken - cut up
1/4 cup butter - half stick

Mix all dry ingredients in wide bottom bowl.

Melt 1/2 stick butter in 9x13 baking dish. Dip chicken in melted butter and coat with dry ingredients. Place chicken skin side down in baking dish.

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Turn chicken and bake until done - about 20-30 minutes longer.
