Instructions
- Line a rimmed cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Add to saucepan water, sugar, cinnamon, salt and stir to blend.
- Cook to 236°, stirring minimally.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and nuts. Keep stirring until creamy and all of mixture is coating nuts.
- Spread nuts out to cool on parchment lined cookie sheet, separating individual nuts.
