Taco Dip - No beans

Ingredients
  • 2 bricks cream cheese (8 oz. each)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup salsa (I used La Victoria Medium)
  • 1 package Taco Seasoning (I used McCormicks Original Taco 2nd time and liked better)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 avocados mashed
  • 1 bunch of green onions minced
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 1 can olives (I sliced them)
  • Shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese - about 4 oz each

Directions
  • Cream together the cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, taco seasoning and cumin.
  • Spread in the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish.
  • Spread the avocado over the cream cheese mixture.
  • Layer the remaining ingredients in the order listed.
